A UKHarvest mystery box is a chance to express our creative minds. After a delivery last Wednesday there was much chatter, chopping and cooking as we conjured up a feast of butternut, sweet potato and tomato soup. Andy Warhol would have used our kitchen scene as inspiration for an artistic masterpiece! – we wish we had the visual evidence. So this week our members are feasting on homemade soup – something many of them would struggle to do as living with sight loss chopping a butternut squash could be considered a dangerous experience. Thank You UKHarvest for helping us to provide a nutritious lunch for our members.
