At Southampton Sight, we don’t just support people with sight loss – we bring services, professionals, and community together under one roof to create a truly inclusive hub.

  • We work in close partnership with Southampton City Council’s Qualified Teachers for the Visually Impaired and Guide Dogs Habilitation Workers to empower children and young people on their journey to independence.
  • Our building hosts Adult Sensory Services and the NHS Low Vision Clinic, making us a one-stop centre for anyone living with sight loss in Southampton.
  • We also collaborate with Southampton University Hospital Trust Eye Unit, where Sight Loss Nurse Advisors (trained by Southampton Sight) make direct referrals to ensure patients receive seamless community support.

This is partnership in action – a joined-up, person-centred approach that delivers real outcomes. From early intervention to lifelong support, we’re proud to be a trusted hub for sight loss services in our city.

Together, we’re building a stronger, more connected Southampton.  Can it get better than this?  We don’t think so.
