As many of you may be aware, on 7th December Storm Darragh was responsible for a lime tree being blown over and falling onto the building at Southampton Sight. Luckily, no one was hurt but the building took a substantial hit, which meant we had to move our Christmas activities off site. We are now going through the process of getting quotes and surveys to repair the building but have had reassurances from the building surveyor that the building is safe to occupy so normal activities are returning to the centre from next week when we will have our Lunch and Laughter Clubs on Monday and Wednesday, Working Age Group on Tuesday and Audio Book Group on Friday.
