Tasting the Sunshine at Southampton Sight – A feast for the senses

It’s been a long rainy winter and here at Southampton Sight we have been waiting for the sunshine to arrive so to help that summer feeling along we hosted a Jamaican Cooking session yesterday.  Our members spent the morning slicing, marinating, and cooking a Jamaican Jerk Chicken Curry.    So, with our taste buds dancing we tucked into an explosion of flavours and can’t wait for the next session.  Thank you, Maxine and Jade  from Sienna’s Jamaican Cuisine, for this fantastic experience.
