At Southampton Sight we believe that partnership working gives people with sight loss the valuable experiences and opportunities that support them to live full and independent lives. We work with Southampton City Council SEND team and the qualified teachers of the visually impaired to offer valuable independent living skills for children in Southampton living with sight loss. Last week saw a group of children catch a bus to watch a fabulous concert at Turner Sims Concert Hall. A good time was had by all and we believe that every little bit of bus travel will contribute a future of independence – Can it get better than this?
